Four Steps to
Truly Achieve a Goal

It's easy to set a goal, but trying to actually achieve one is often quite another story.
Why haven’t you achieved what you want? It’s not your parents, it’s not your friends, it’s not your spouse, it’s not bad luck, and it’s not the world’s economic situation. The reason is your thoughts... and the things you do every day.
FACT: We can’t expect success by continuing to do the same things that previously resulted in failure. Want to give your life a positive shift? Here's a 4-step goal achievement plan that can do just that:
Step 1
Start by deciding exactly what you really want. Instead of focusing on many goals at once, turn your focus to ONLY ONE you can commit to accomplish over the next 30 days.
Suppose you have a financial goal. Write your goal in paper in the following format: "By the (exact date in 30 days), I'll have in my possession (the exact amount) which will come to me in various amounts. In return for this money, I will have done whatever is necessary and appropriate in my business (describe the business you have or intend to create) in a positive and enjoyable manner."
Step 2
Read your goal out loud EVERY DAY, and also spend at least 30 minutes creating a mental picture of having achieved your goal by the exact date you selected. Just get comfortable, relax, and make it as vivid as possible. Engage as many of your five senses (smell, sight, touch, hearing and taste) as possible in creating your image of success. The best time to do this is the first thing upon waking, and a few minutes before bedtime.
Step 3
The ultimate way to achieve anything you want is to take ACTION. Grab a blank piece of paper and draw a line down the middle lengthwise. On the left side write your goal. Then on the right list at least 5 things you can do in the next three days that will take you closer to your goal. Make sure that you list at least one task you can do immediately when you’re done with this exercise.
Assign a specific time within the three days that you will have each of the other 4 actions completed. Position that piece of paper in a prominent place, then go to work on your immediate task and GET IT DONE!
Step 4
Finally, at the end of the three day period, set aside a couple of hours to plan further action steps for the following three days.

The Wisdom of
Quantum Physics

In addition to explaining the true nature of the Universe and of reality, quantum physics also fully explains reality as experienced on a daily basis by all life.
Quantum physics illustrates how all dimensions of reality ultimately consists of “Quanta” of Energy -- vibration. This Energy not only pervades and is integral to everything in existence, it is also living Consciousness.
Because the Universe is infinite intelligence of which we are all integral aspects, Quanta of Energy are influenced by the Mind – as thought is also pure Energy. When you look at a house or a car, they are simply an arrangement of Energy, or Quanta, created by thought processes of the Mind.
If these objects were to be inspected very closely it would be apparent they are not solid at all, but are rather composed of Quanta of Energy vibrating and moving at extremely high rates.
Quantum physics completely that something can only come into “existence” when it is observed. Of course “existence” is a term relative to the five physical senses -- everything that exists now has always existed and always will exist. It is only the illusion of form that changes in response to thought.
When something is observed, Quanta come together to form sub-atomic particles, and in turn atoms, then molecules -- until finally something manifests in the physical world as a localized space-time event that can be observed by the five physical senses.
This process is the very basis of how each and every person creates their own reality. Every single thought, as Energy, directly and instantly influences the quantum field causing Quanta in the form of Energy to arrange themselves into a localized, observable event, object or other influence.
You might ask “how do things seem to be real, tangible and solid”. The behavior of Quanta can be likened to a reel of film. When the reel of film is played, thousands of frames of individual images are passed over a light projector and onto a screen, thereby giving the illusion of a solid moving scene.
Quanta operate in exactly the same way. Countless Quanta of Energy are constantly moving in and out of an area of focus, coming together to appear to the physical senses as a solid object.
Like the movie however, this is only an illusion that has been constructed from much smaller components. In the case of the movie the visual image is created by the influence of the projector mechanism whereas in the case of objects appearing to be solid the illusion of a physical object is perpetuated by the Mind; specifically by the act of observing it.
When you arrive home and expect an object in your house to be there, it will be there by virtue of that expectation and observation.
Everything in existence … everything that can be observed … is a result of a mental focus, a decision at some level of Consciousness that it should be there. Turn Down That Radio

New research suggests that years of repeated exposure to loud noise increases the risk of developing a non-cancerous tumor known to cause hearing loss. "It doesn't matter if the noise comes from years of on-the-job exposure or from a source that isn't job-related," say researchers.
In one study, people who were repeatedly exposed to loud noise over the span of several years were found to be 150% more likely to develop this type of tumor than people who weren't exposed to such noise on a regular basis.
Such tumors (acoustic neuroma) grow slowly, and symptoms typically become noticeable around age 50 or older. Of the 146 people with acoustic neuroma in this study, nearly two out of three were 50 or older.
What happens is that an acoustic neuroma tumor slowly presses the cranial nerve responsible for sensing sound and helping with balance. This creates symptoms like hearing loss and a constant ringing in the ears (tinnitus.)
So... please do consider turning down that car radio!
